4. Mazda Miata

The Mazda Miata is an incredibly popular car, so it’s no surprise it’s a top choice for many tuners. Modifications for the Miata range from body styling to extreme engine tuning. The small engine is often turbocharged, but some tuners pull out the Miatas stock motor and replace it with a bigger one. Some tuners have managed to shove a small block V-8 into the Miatas small engine bay. Due to the immense popularity of the Miata, a wide range of aftermarket parts are available for the vehicle. For the most part, any body modification you can think of is available (within reason of course). Suicide doors or Lamborghini doors? No problem. Crazy body kits that make the car less a Miata and more your own unique creation? Easily done. It is certainly easy to see why this little roadster is a common choice for tuners everywhere.
