The Fiat 500X is an extremely affordable crossover SUV. The auto builds on past successes of the Fiat 500 by delivering additional cargo space and all-weather capability. The stock engine in the crossover is a 1.4 liter turbo-four cylinder rated at 160 horsepower that drives front-wheel drive and a six-speed manual transmission. Consumers can also choose to upgrade to a 2.4 liter four-cylinder rated at 180 horsepower coupled to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Fiat also includes a drive-mode system in the vehicle for three different settings to adjust the handling of the auto based on the driving conditions. The top overall speed of the crossover is 120 MPH, and the 500X can go from zero to 60 MPH in 8.7 seconds. The gas mileage rating of the vehicle is 21 MPG (city) and 30 MPG (highway).
