23. The Lamborghini Countach from The Cannonball Run

The 1981 classic American comedy starring Burt Reynolds, Farrah Fawcett, and Dean Martin in one of his last movie appearances, features several cool cars. The movie features varying pairs of racers competing in the cross-country Cannonball Run Race. The hottest car in the film was the (at the time) brand new Lamborghini Countach—driven by two attractive ladies who use their looks and their sexy car to their advantage whenever possible. While these ladies were not the protagonists of the film, their car caught the most attention. The stylish Lambo in midnight black was just too cool. The film further implanted the Lamborghini Countach into the minds of Americans, helping define an era of sports cars.
