5. Porsche 911 GTS

The Porsche 911 is probably one of the best sports cars around, and the GTS model is the fastest of the bunch. Equipped with a 3.8 liter 6-cylinder engine that cranks out 430 horsepower, the 911 GTS has a top speed of 189 mph. The 911 comes standard with rear wheel drive and a seven-speed automatic transmission; all-wheel drive is optional. Gas mileage is decent for a high powered sports car, with an EPA estimated 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway. Zero to sixty time for the 911 is 3.6 seconds. The interior is beautifully designed, with comfortable leather seats and a dash free of clutter. A targa top is optional on the all-wheel drive model, for those who want a convertible experience with the 911 GTS.
