The Ford F-150 has been the most popular pickup truck in North America for several decades. It is also one of the best used cars to buy on the market today. There are a large variety of truck body styles and features to choose from the past models years when buying the truck new. Ford has redesigned the pickup several times over the past decade to include featuring more powerful engines in the 2009 model year, and the aluminum body in 2015. Newer editions of the F-150 see decent fuel economy with a rating of 17 MPG (city) and 23 MPG (highway) with a zero to 60 MPH time of just 5.6 seconds. The stock engine in the newer F-150s is rated at 365 horsepower with a top overall speed of 107 MPH.
