BMW is one of the top selling car brands in the world. The German auto brand saw a total sales figure of 346,023 for the year representing a net increase of 1.8% compared to 2014. The brand’s market share for the year was 2.0%, and the company saw a net decrease of December sales of 16.6% to 34,625. Some of the popular BMW auto models include the 228, 328, 428 Gran Coupe, 550, 550 Gran Turismo, ActiveHybrid 5, the i3, and M5. The manufacturer will look to improve on its hybrid line of autos with the i8 sports car over the coming calendar year.
