The BMW GINA (Geometry and functions In ‘N’ Adaptations) is one of the strangest European cars to ever be created. The auto was designed by Chris Bangle from BMW in 2001 and it is one of the weirdest designs to be publicly released. The automobile’s exterior is covered by a polyurethane blended spandex that helps improve the aerodynamics of the car. When the driver places the auto in par the steering wheel and car instrumentation change locations automatically to the center console of the auto so the driver can more easily get into and out of the vehicle. The overall shape of the car is designed to change based on the outside conditions and speed of the auto to improve performance. In order to form essential shapes under the skin, an aluminum wire structure is used.
